As the firms founder, George Lugue offers extensive experience in executive search. He has over 15 years of business development experience, working in the Real Estate, Financial Services, Executive Search and Pharmaceutical industries.
His executive recruiting experience has been developed by working with Big 5 Management Consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies. As an Account Manger for an executive search firm, George worked with Partner Level and C-Level candidates and placed them with clients such as Price Waterhouse, KPMG, Merrill Lynch and General Electric.
His healthcare experience has been developed by working as a Sales Consultant for well respected pharmaceutical companies, including Merck & Company and Schering AG. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, George specialized in the following therapeutic areas Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Anesthesia & Analgesia, Fertility Control and Menopause Management.
His experience in both the technical recruiting and pharmaceutical industries gives George a unique background in the healthcare recruiting marketplace.
George earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania.
