The NGO sector of today is much more organized and has come out of the transition phase. NGOs are ensuring good practices in terms of communication, accountability, responsibility & authority. There has been a major investment by multi nationals in India which has enabled upbeat support by foreign donors thereby making NGOs more professional and structured in their approach.


Employment opportunities have been strong in the health-care industry over the last few years, and the demand isn’t expected to wane into the New Year. The population’s increased lifespan and changes set to take place under health-care reform increase opportunities for medical professionals at all skill levels.


Demand for pharmaceutical sales representatives will likely continue to shrink in the near future, driven down by industry mergers; the expiration of blockbuster drug patents; and a shift toward flexible, regional, specialized sales teams, experts say.
