Most of my work supported The Center for Pharmaceutical Management (CPM) and the SCMS and SPS projects (USAID/PEPFAR funded projects). This is significant because the deadline for candidate submittal is within 2 weeks of assignment and we would typically compete with 3-4 other partners for the candidate placement of each opening.
  • Average time to fill was consistently under the company average (less than 90 days) and positions had limited talent pools (pharmacists/pharmaceutical supply chain consultants) and unique international locations.
