I have over 15 years of successful, full-life-cycle talent acquisition experience and have worked both sides of the recruiting desk. My strengths include: outbound recruitment of passive candidates, internet sourcing/social media, the ability to learn/understand/convey technical information and new skill-sets, and the ability to communicate with physicians/pharmacists and senior level executives.

For contract engagements, one of my specialty areas has been international development recruiting (6+ years) – working on project and proposal donor/USAID funded international openings for companies like Winrock International, Management Sciences for Health (MSH), CARE International, PSI and The IRC. My contract engagements also includes working with public safety & justice management consulting firms, population health management start-ups, healthcare management consulting firms and large healthcare systems. Experience with several ATS applications/software including iCIMS, Taleo, Cornerstone, Jobvite, Ascentis and Avature.
